How refunds and cancellations work when you use the Procux AI platform.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for subscriptions and purchases of the Procux AI platform, operated by PROCUX Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Procux AI", "we", "us" or "our").

We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. This policy sets out the conditions of that guarantee, how to cancel, and how approved refunds are returned to you.

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase of a new subscription. No questions asked.

The 14-day period runs from the date of your first payment for that subscription. The guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a new plan; it does not reset on automatic renewals.

Once your refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation is straightforward and takes effect for future billing periods.

Cancelling stops all future renewals and charges. Your subscription remains active and you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.

Cancelling a subscription is not, on its own, a request for a refund of the current period. If you are within the 14-day window and want your money back, please also request a refund as described below.

4. Annual Plans & Early Cancellation

Annual plans are billed in advance for the full term. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase of an annual plan in the same way as for monthly plans.

After the 14-day window, if you cancel an annual plan early, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid annual term and then does not renew. Outside the guarantee period, fees for the current annual term are generally non-refundable.

Where required by applicable law, or at our discretion, an early cancellation of an annual plan may be settled on a pro-rata basis for the unused, full remaining months, less any transaction or processing fees that cannot be recovered.

5. Service Unavailability

If we materially fail to provide the service for a sustained period due to a confirmed fault on our side, you may be eligible for a refund for the affected period, even after the 14-day window.

Eligibility for this type of refund requires a documented, unresolved technical issue attributable to us. Refunds for service unavailability are calculated proportionally to the affected time and plan.

This does not apply to interruptions outside our reasonable control, scheduled maintenance announced in advance, or issues caused by your own systems, configuration or third-party services.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@procux.com, or start the request from your account dashboard.

To help us process your request quickly, please include: the email address associated with your account, your order or receipt reference (from your purchase confirmation), and the reason for the request.

We review refund requests within 2-3 business days and will confirm the outcome by email. We may contact you if we need additional information to verify the purchase.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who handled the original transaction.

As Merchant of Record, Paddle issues the refund and any corresponding credit note to the same card or payment method that was charged. We are not able to refund to a different account or payment method.

Refunds are made in the original currency of the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Subject to your mandatory rights under applicable law, the following are generally not eligible for a refund:

• fees for subscription periods that have already elapsed, once the 14-day money-back window has passed;

• usage-based or metered charges for resources that have already been consumed;

• amounts relating to accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service, fraud or abuse;

• repeated refund requests that indicate misuse of the guarantee, such as creating multiple trial accounts.

Where an exclusion applies, we will explain the reason when we respond to your request.

9. Your Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Turkish distance-sales rules and other applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or replaces any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence. Where those rights are more favourable than this policy, they prevail.

If you believe you are entitled to a statutory refund or right of withdrawal, please contact us and we will handle your request in line with the applicable law.
