1. Our Commitment

PROCUX Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, the company that operates the Procux AI platform and the website at https://www.procux.com ("Procux AI", "we", "us" or "our"), is committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

We believe digital products should be usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience for all users on a continual basis.

2. Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.

WCAG is organised around four principles: content must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We use these principles to guide the design, development and review of our interfaces.

We describe our status as "partially conformant", which means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to address the gaps described below.

3. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we take measures that include, among others:

• designing with sufficient colour contrast and a readable type scale;

• providing keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators;

• using semantic HTML and ARIA attributes so assistive technologies can interpret content;

• supporting text resizing and responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels;

• adding text alternatives for meaningful images and icons;

• respecting reduced-motion preferences for users sensitive to animation;

• reviewing accessibility as part of our design and development process.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware that certain areas of the platform — including complex interactive components, data visualisations, and content provided by third-party tools or integrations — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Where a limitation exists, we work to remediate it and, where practicable, to offer an accessible alternative in the meantime. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the contact details below so we can address it.

5. Feedback & Reporting an Issue

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Procux AI. If you experience a barrier, or need information or functionality in a different accessible format, please contact us at legal@procux.com.

To help us investigate, please describe the problem, the page or feature where it occurred, and the assistive technology, browser and device you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a reasonable timeframe and to keep you informed as we work towards a resolution.

6. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time project. As our platform evolves, we continue to test, learn and refine, and we update this statement to reflect our current status.
